Return or exchange terms
RETURNS
At MEYME, you can return an item within 30 days from the date of delivery. To proceed with it you must verify that your order meets the following conditions:
- The product must not be used.
- It must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received. Products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not be returned.
It is very important that you are within the established deadline and that the product is in perfect condition. Remember that the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
You will receive your refund within approximately 7-14 calendar days from the date we receive the package back in our warehouse. We will inform you that we have made the refund by sending you a confirmation email. Please note that the credit card payment always depends on your bank.

- Spain and Portugal: FREE
- Rest of Europe: 9,95€
- United Kingdom: 9,95€
- United States: 12$

Returns are free for orders placed and returned within the peninsula (Spain) and Portugal. Returns to your home in the Balearic Islands and international are not free, and it is the customer who bears the cost of return (shipping costs will be deducted from the refund). The amount of the returns depends on the destination, and the cost will be the same as the shipping costs you have paid for the purchase.
This return of the order is recognized and regulated in our General Conditions as Right of Withdrawal of the Purchase (10. LEGAL RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE PURCHASE)
EXCHANGES
When the customer demands an exchange of items, the new shipping costs they cause will be at our expense.
Shipping costs from our warehouse to the address specified by the customer will be totally FREE for Spain, Portugal and Europe.

It is important to note that for returns:
. The return may not take place in any case if the product is not shipped in perfect condition, properly protected, with its original packaging and provided they have not been used.
. Payment of the difference between one item and another in cash or by bank check is not accepted.
. If you have paid by depositing an account, transfer or cash on delivery, you must provide us with your account number to make the corresponding transfer, if you have paid by PAYPAL or Credit Card, we will pay you the amount by the same means.
. In case the product was defective or different from the one that the client has contracted, please contact us to manage the collection.
. If the change is by size or color of the same model and amount, we will do it as long as there is stock available. Once the change is made, we will send the item back.
. If you detect a problem at the time of delivery of your order (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products) you must contact us by phone or email within the first 24 hours of receipt of the order.
. The refund of the amount paid will be made through the payment method used in the purchase and within a period not exceeding thirty days.
. The amount will not be refunded or any merchandise will be re-sent as long as the receipt and state of packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged in our warehouses have not been verified.
. After 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order we will not accept any type of change or claim.
Warranty
If you contract as a consumer and user, we offer guarantees on the products that we market through this website, in the legally established terms for each type of product, responding, therefore, for the lack of conformity of these that manifests itself in within two years from the delivery of the product.
It is understood that the products are in accordance with the contract as long as (i) they comply with the description made by us and possess the qualities that we have presented on this website, (ii) they are suitable for the uses to which the products are ordinarily intended. of the same type and (iii) present the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that are reasonably expected.
In this sense, if any of the products is not in accordance with the contract, you must bring it to our attention by following the procedure detailed in the Claims section in the “Changes and Returns” section and through any of the methods mentioned in the same.
The products will be exempt from the guarantee if the damage or deterioration of these is motivated by the use by the customer, and not by defects or defects resulting from the manufacture.
In order to apply the product guarantee, it is essential that the client present the ticket or invoice that was provided when they made the purchase of the product or when it was delivered.
