Return or exchange terms
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to make the return and to proceed with it you must verify that your order meets the following conditions:
- The product must not be used.
- It must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received. Products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not be returned.
To make the return you must contact us through our phone 966 275 701/691 605 579 or send an email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: 'Return of order # #XXXX'. Once your return is confirmed, a courier will pick up your package and deliver it to our offices. Once received in our offices, we will proceed to examine it and we will notify you by email if the return proceeds taking into account that it is within the established period and that the product is in perfect condition. Remember that the product must be sent the same way it was received.
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made the purchase. The credit card payment always depends on your bank.
Returns are free for orders placed and returned within the peninsula (Spain). Returns to your home in the Balearic Islands and international are not free, and it is the customer who bears the cost of return (shipping costs will be deducted from the refund). The amount of the returns depends on the destination, and the cost will be the same as the shipping costs you have paid for the purchase.
This return of the order is recognized and regulated in our General Conditions as Right of Withdrawal of the Purchase (10. LEGAL RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE PURCHASE)
If the client wishes to return part of the order, or its return is made after 14 calendar days from the reception of the same, the transport or shipping costs incurred will be on his account.
