RETURNS
(For Black Friday & Christmast orders our return period has been extended until January 10th)
At MEYME, you can return an item within 30 days from the date of delivery. To proceed with it you must verify that your order meets the following conditions.
All products must be returned in proper condition: unused, unwashed and with labels. In appropriate conditions for the sale of the product.
It is very important that it is within the established deadline and that the product is in perfect condition. Remember that the product must be sent in the same condition in which it was received.
You will receive the refund within approximately 5-7 calendar days from the date we receive the package back in our warehouse. We will inform you that we have made the refund by sending you a confirmation email. Please remember that the credit card payment always depends on your bank.

Transport costs related to the return of an order will be borne by the customer. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
*Returns from the United Kingdom may be delayed somewhat longer than normal due to the situation with regard to the European Union. Customs formalities may delay deliveries and, in some cases, result in additional costs for the customer to pay.
EXCHANGES
When the customer requests a change of size or articles, the new shipping costs incurred will be borne by us.
The shipping costs from our warehouse to the address specified by the customer will be totally FREE for Europe, United Kingdom and United States.
