When your order ships, you will receive an email from the shipping company with tracking information for your order.

We use different courier companies to get customers their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the corresponding carrier. As well as any relevant tracking information you may need.

Our shipping carriers are exclusively:

TIPSA: Spain and Portugal.

UPS: Rest of Europe and the United States.

If you are not satisfied with your recent order from Meyme. We will be happy to accept any items that are in new condition and have not been worn, washed or altered.

All returns and exchanges must be made in accordance with the guidelines of our Returns and Exchange Policy.

You have 30 days from receipt of the order to request a return or exchange.

The transportation costs assumed by the customer related to the return of an order will be the following:

€3.95 in Spain | €8.95 European Union and United Kingdom | €25 outside the European Union.
